As part of your analysis, be sure to identify and evaluate the author's reasons for believing that the film is a valuable example of "storytelling as persuasion" (pp. 353-54, Becoming a Critical Thinker). To develop your response, you should compare and contrast the depictions of the illegal drug trade in both the book and film versions of No Country for Old Men, and indicate which you believe is the more valuable example of storytelling as persuasion.
