Just what is Fit Camp?

We do it all! Fit Camp is about:

Cardiovascular Training
Strength Training
Flexibility
Balance Exercises
Coordination and Agility Exercises
Nutrition Education

We run, skip, jump, crawl, throw. and toss balls, hop over mini-hurdles, run over ladders, carry body bars, push weights, stretch exercise bands, use stability balls and medicine balls, workout on bosu balls as well as GLIDES on the floor.  We incorporate sit-ups, push-ups, squats, and lunges into the program in a variety of ways that is fun and challenging.  There is never a dull moment and the workout is always changing.  One never knows what to expect in the next workout.  Fit Camp never stands still and never becomes stagnate.  The program is very diverse designed to offer a variety of fun exercises and circuit training.

DAYS AND TIMES

Fit Camp is offered Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 7:00am

LOCATION:

Fit Camp meets in the Main Gym (PE 21) daily.  However, we also have use of all physical education facilities which includes:

1.  The track
2.  The Olympic-size swimming pool
3.  Both gymnasiums
4.  The Weight Room
5.  The Wellness Center-  This facilitiy is a state-of-the-art exercise room equipped
     with treadmills, elliptical trainers, cycles, stair masters, rowing machines,
     mountain climbers as well as weight machines.
