PE11 - Stretching
This course is a great course for any age or ability.  Being flexible is important throughout the life span. Just think about not being able to bend over and tie your shoes, or reaching high in a cupboard for a favorite bowl. This course includes passive and active stretching techniques with an occasional passive assist. Yoga straps, stability balls and partner stretches are used for variety.
