PE2P - Pilates

This course is a new course offered at DeAnza College.  It is for those individuals who would like to improve core strength and flexibility. Students will practice Pilates techniques for the mind, body and spirit that can be incorporated into daily life. The course will include basic exercise physiology concepts, nutrition, strength development, flexibility, and meditation as related to Pilates exercise.
