How to Apply to RENEWHello Prospective RENEW Students!
Welcome to De Anza and Welcome to RENEW! Applying for RENEW Services is easy; simply fill out both pages of the application (the application link is to the left of this page) and either fax, mail or drop the application off to the counseling center (all numbers and the address are located on the home page). All areas must be filled out in order for you application to be processed. Please clearly print your email address so that you may be informed that your application process is complete.
Please explore the helpful links located on the homepage. Afterwards, if you still have questions, please feel free to contact the RENEW office or drop in the Counseling Center for additional service. Counseling Center hours are posted at the Counseling and Advising link.
RENEW services are available to help support you while you are pursuing your educational goals. If there are educational or personal issues that you feel might prevent you from reaching those goals, please let us know.
