Several files are provided for you to use when writing your report.
1. Please use this TEMPLATE for your report. It is an MS Word file which you can download, save to your computer and 'fill' in with your text.
2. A file containing some ideas on how to 'get started' writing your report.
3. Two different files (one a word doc, the other a pdf) for the 'Form-ID of Unknown and Known' in which you will list the positive / negative test results for both your unknown and the 'known' organism that you think your unknown matches.
