EWRT 1A

EWRT 1A--COLLEGE COMPOSITON AND READING:  a 5 unit course covering college composition/expository-style writing; discussion and practice of the college essay  format (thesis statements; multi-paragraphs and paragraph transitions; analysis; citations) and its various rhetorical styles (ex. definition essay; compare and contrast essay; argumentative essay).  Reading and study of college-level texts for writing assignments.
