The World Affairs Council of Northern California is a nonprofit organization founded in San Francisco. This is the best local organization for students interested in international relations, international business, and human rights around the world.
Open to students, teachers, and young professionals, the organization provides opportunities for participation in international issues. The organization invites world leaders around the world, including heads of state, government officials, international philanthropists, journalists, business leaders, and academics, to speak on international affairs. Providing a great opportunity for students to engage with important issues through seeing and listening to them in person, attending the World Affairs Council events and conferences will help expand your perspective on international relations.
