Thank you for accessing my web site. In the future I will have a limited teaching schedule.  For the upcoming academic year (2008-2009) I will only be teaching US Government this Winter Quarter beginning January 2009, with one class at 8:30am and one class at 9:30am.  Hopefully, this schedule will be convenient for you.  Of course there are many other sections of US Government offered throughout the year taught by other faculty members.

I want to thank the many students who have taken my classes.   During my professional life I have had many different jobs but none has been as rewarding or as meaningful as teaching my students.  I looked forward every day to coming to class.  You inspired me and convinced me that the future for humanity is indeed good with people such as yourselves going into the real worldEto make a difference and a contribution no matter what career path you might choose.   Each one of us can make a difference and I know you will as you live your lives and continue your education.  Study hard, be honest and never give up on your dreams.  I truly believe in you and again thank you for you making such a positive impact on my life.
