BioI was born and raised in the SF Bay Area, spent 12 years in northern New Mexico, and currently live in the East Bay.
My first two years of college were at San Jose State University (great school!). I then transfered to UC Davis, and graduated with a double-major B.A. in Political Science & French. I spent one year in the Education Abroad Program in Poitiers, France.
I got my M.A. in Cultural Anthropology and a Ph.D. in Humanities from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
